ISSUE WITH VIDEO UPLOAD

PRODUCTION

My production was really hard to film - I started off filming by myself to see how things went and then Sarah, Ashley, and I became a same team and I helped each other. I really wanted the film to come off dramatic, but I could of worked harder to make sure the camera was really focused and the lighting was better. These all improvements that I want to work harder at for my next film. Lastly, I didn't know how to film my ending, in the Gawlick room I wasn't sure which door should Ashley come into on.  I also wasn't sure how to edit the gun dropping. These little things I want to get to work with camera more and really know how to operate.

PRE-PRODUCTION

I had two ideas for this film. I know this is not the best I could of done, but I used this as a practice piece. In the summer I had some videos, but with my phone and I used my nice camera for pictures. I want to really move forward this year. I used this as a sense to what I know I'm going to film and edit. It was really difficult to have 3 days to get everything done so I managed my time with it. I story bored the first day, filmed the next day, and edited and upload everything the final day.

STORYBOARDING

Storyboarding for me is always the hardest part. I don't know how to create something that could make sense to someone else. On the left my first idea, I think it's easy to till what's going on, I have no idea what I'm creating there. I had a sense, but theres a lot of kinks in it. It's also very dark I thought the shooter would shoot himself and not the victim.  In the second picture on the right was my final idea, my first thought was to make and it funny and not dark, but in the filming process I liked the scary effect it had. Also I gave a lot more information for someone to the understand what I was trying to film.
