Spiderman Homecoming
Scene Analysis

I’ve never been into Marvel movies like even the famous of fame like Batman, Averages, and Wonder Women all the ones that are very popular for children and adults. When I watched all the of spiderman movies I fell in love them I don’t know if its the storyline or whom ever is playing Spiderman, but I love the energy that goes into the movie. My favorite was the newest one that has come out was Spiderman Homecoming with Tom Holland. The scene I’m analyzing is when spiderman saves the day when his teammates from school that he was supposed to be at gets stuck in the Washington Monument because he’s best friend had a dangerous radiation bomb in it what was why they got stuck in there. The scene is set up so great, it was a classic sunny day after the just won the state championship. Peter wasn’t there because he trying to get the bad guy and was rushing back so he was jumping from bus to bus and is high speed and cutting back to his teammates getting into the elevator right before you think he can make on to the elevator to catch them. The camera was zoomed out probably using a green screen and different props to get him to look like he actually can do that. In the past 3 years that I’ve done this, I’ve never done one with graphics lots of props. I find a lot of my favorite movies involving action use a lot of these techniques. That part of the scene ends Peter knows he needs to get them to them so they don’t blow up in the Washington Monument the whole 20 seconds of scene zooms out of Parkers face to the Washington Monument and zooms to the 8 windows at the top of the Washington monument. Peter climbs and this was very interesting because it looks so real seeing how they did that in the film. You can see the height, the struggle, and view which makes the scene make it look like the actual filmed it at the Washington Monument. The setting of the scene again was a sunny day like any other day making you the watcher feel like conflict is probably not going to be here but it’s the start of the movie where Peter finds out that this piece of a radiation bomb is the issue of the whole movie so the scene had to be perfect. Once Peter gets to the top of the Washington Monument gets to the two windows waiting for him at the top the scene zooms out of his in a fright trying to capture that he is 555 feet in the air. It’s a beautiful scene of him standing on the Washington Monument looking down scared out of his mind, but he needs to save his teammates inside stuck in the elevator. The Lighting was perfect he’s outfit, hair, eyes, and face trying to get the viewers to see him at the top.  The scenes cuts to the police from all angles of the Washington Monument coming to get him. The helicopter is big which makes it look like Peter might get caught, but production planned it so he would jump over it from power backward cutting back and forth to peoples faces in stock covering their eyes because it’s sunny acting like there, not in a green screen room. Coming back he breaks the window catching force from the helicopter to break the window the shot was wide so you can see it all at once. The angles were having the helicopter on the left of the shot and the  Washington Monument on the right and having the main character in the middle of all of it. Regarding I am not the biggest fan of action movies, in general, this one is my favorite it's the Marvel movie and just, in general, it's produced the best and as one of the best storylines, I've ever seen.
